Reporting directly to the Chief Engineer and Staff Engineer, you will lead the engine watch-keeping team, ensuring daily maintenance and operational excellence across all engineering and technical systems onboard. Your expertise will enable our guests to enjoy a safe and smooth journey on a state-of-the-art cruise vessel, providing an unforgettable travel experience.

s a 1st Engineer Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the ship’s engineering and technical systems. Your expertise will uphold the safety and efficiency of our vessel, guaranteeing a reliable and enjoyable experience for guests and crew alike. By managing advanced technologies such as Wartsila propulsion, Azipod systems, and eco-friendly solutions like AWT and scrubbers, you will contribute to sustainable and environmentally conscious operations.

Who we're looking for

 To join our team as an 1st Engineer you need to have:

• Experience: Proven experience aboard passenger vessels, demonstrating advanced knowledge of engineering systems specific to modern cruise ships.
• Qualification: Hold a valid License III/2, compliant with international maritime standards.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Wartsila propulsion systems, Azipod propulsion, and state-of-the-art engineering apparatus.
• Communication Skills: Intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English to ensure seamless collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
