We combine Dutch directness with international hospitality training, and we run a structured trainee programme for students who want to grow into guest-experience and operations roles. Our teams work across front office, food and beverage, and guest relations. Trainees join live operations, receive a dedicated mentor, and complete a guest-experience project during their placement.
