Job description

As a Guest Experience Management Trainee you work with the front office and guest-relations team. You welcome international guests, follow up on feedback, and help improve the stay from arrival to departure. You also run a small guest-experience project with your mentor.

 A hospitality student who enjoys working with people, speaks professional English, and wants international operations experience. You are organised, curious, and comfortable in a busy city hotel
