Opening hours

Through its academic affiliation with Business and Hotel Management School Switzerland, BIHC delivers the same curriculum as BHMS for its Swiss diploma programmes. Students therefore receive hospitality and culinary training aligned with the academic content, practical standards and professional expectations of an internationally recognized Swiss hospitality institution, while studying within an African industry context.

The Swiss diploma programmes are delivered using the same curriculum as BHMS Switzerland, giving learners access to an internationally aligned education with strong relevance to African and global hospitality markets.

These programmes prepare graduates for roles in culinary production, pastry and bakery operations, food and beverage service, front-office operations, housekeeping, guest relations, hotel administration, event coordination, catering, coffee retail and supervisory management.

Training combines classroom instruction, modern practical facilities, live projects, operational learning environments and structured industry experience. This approach enables students to build the technical, interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities required in demanding service environments.
